Shipping Costs & Methods

We offer free shipping for orders over $70 USD via Standard Shipping.
For faster delivery, you can select Express Shipping at checkout.

Shipping Policy

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment approval.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@yesyuniverso.com for assistance.

Important Address Information

❗️Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and in your order confirmation. Once a package has shipped, address changes are not possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Within 12 hours, if you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@yesyuniverso.com
  • If your order has not yet shipped AND is within 12 hours, we will be happy to assist.

Tracking Your Order 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the "Track My Order" link in the email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost Package Claims

  • While we hand packages over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping company.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and ensuring successful delivery.
  • If your package is lost, claims must be filed within 21 days from the shipping date.

Tracking Shows "Delivered," But You Didn’t Receive It?

  • If your tracking status says "Delivered", but you have not received your package, contact us at customerservice@yesyuniverso.com with your order details.
  • We will assist in starting an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please follow these steps:

  1. Before signing for the package, clearly note any damage on the receipt.

  3. Keep all damaged packaging materials for inspection.
  4. Take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging and send them to us.

Orders under $70 USD will have a shipping fee, which varies based on location and shipping method.
