Returns/Exchanges due to Customer Convenience: We can only accept returns if you contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product. However, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns and re-shipments. Products must be unopened (the transparent bag must not be opened) and unused. Please return the product within 7 business days after obtaining Return Authorization (RAN).

Defective Products/Incorrect Delivery: We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us by email within 3 business days of receiving the product, attaching photos showing the condition of the package and product.
